Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry is not yet a confirmed booking. Your visit is confirmed once we’ve agreed a date and details with you directly.
Prices
Prices shown are indicative starting rates and can vary with group size, season, and inclusions. We’ll always give you a clear, all-inclusive quote before you commit.
Getting there
Travel to and from the village is not included unless we agree it in writing. We’re glad to help coordinate buses, cars, or coaches.
The village is a working village
Activities follow the weather, the harvest, and the host family’s day. We may adjust the plan to keep you safe and comfortable — the spirit of the visit stays the same.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change. Talk to us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to reschedule or resolve it fairly.
