We keep this simple because our business is simple: we help you plan a day in the village and we stay in touch to make it happen.
What we collect
When you enquire or book — by WhatsApp, phone, or our enquiry form — we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, group size, and preferred dates.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, plan your visit, and coordinate with the host family. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who can see it
Our small team and, where needed to host you, the relevant village host family. Nothing more.
Keeping it, and removing it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you. Ask us any time to update or delete what we hold — we’ll do it.
